Ernest H. Pomerantz, Chairman
Pomerantz was most recently a Managing Director of MESA Partners, LLC. Previously,
Mr. Pomerantz was a Partner of Warburg Pincus for 20 years, working in a range
of industries including automotive, energy, financial services, retail, and
media. Prior to this, Pomerantz was a public market equities portfolio manager
and security analyst at both Warburg Pincus and Kuhn Loeb for 11 years. He has
served as a director of a number of public and private companies. Mr. Pomerantz
holds a B.S. in Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, an M.A. in
International Relations from USC/London School of Economics, and an M.B.A. from New York University.
Frank Brochin, Managing
Director
Brochin was most recently a Partner of Warburg Pincus, a leading global private
equity/venture capital firm, where he focused on information and communications
technologies. Prior to Warburg, Brochin was a research engineer with Nippon
Telegraph and Telephone in Tokyo, and a manager of the Advanced Technology
group in Nortel Networks� first R&D center in Asia Pacific. Brochin holds a
Ph.D. from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Graduate School
of Business Administration.

Santoleri, Managing
Director
Santoleri was most recently a Partner of Warburg Pincus, a leading global private
equity/venture capital firm. During his 15-year tenure with Warburg, Mr.
Santoleri was responsible for investments in a broad range of industries
including business services, information technology, financial services, retail
and consumer products, and real estate. Prior to Warburg, Mr. Santoleri was
Vice President for The Harlan Company, a New York-based real estate consulting
firm. He holds a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of
Pennsylvania.
Michael McGaughy, Managing
Director
McGaughy was most recently the head of value and growth product
at HSBC Securities in Hong Kong, where he focused on analyzing small- and mid-cap companies
in Southeast Asia. Prior to HSBC he ran his own independent equity research and consulting firm.
McGaughy has been investing in, analyzing, and working with companies in Asia since 1989, when he
entered the investment business with the Crosby Group. McGaughy holds a B.A. in economics from the
University of Vermont, and has worked and lived in Singapore, Beijing, and Hong Kong.
Min Zheng, Investment
Analyst
Zheng was most recently a senior associate in UBS Financial Services, a
world-leading wealth management company. During the past five years, she was
responsible for the design and development of various financial applications
using cutting-edge computer technologies. Zheng holds an M.B.A. from New
York University and a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from SUNY Stony Brook.
