Judy Halaby, Chief Operating Officer

Halaby was most recently Chief Operating Officer for Bregman & Partners, a management consulting firm. Previously, she worked for Goldman Sachs, the Securities Industry Automation Corporation, and served as a social worker with the City of New York. She holds an M.B.A. from Baruch College, an M.S.W. from Hunter College, and a B.A. from Hofstra University.

Darryl Johnson, Controller

Johnson was most recently Assistant Vice President at Citigroup, in charge of accounting and reporting for Citigroup’s venture capital portfolio. Previously, he worked as a senior auditor at PriceWaterhouseCoopers performing audits on various capital markets clients. He holds a B.S. in accounting from Pace University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
