Our developing Asia-focused funds are single strategy, multi-manager funds that invest with managers on the ground in Asia.   The underlying manager corps is comprised of experienced, Asia-based equity investors, who are committed to a "private equity in the public markets" investment philosophy, distinguished by a long-term investment horizon, a concentrated portfolio of "best ideas," and a rigorous selection of securities based on deep, original, and often contrarian research.  

StoneWater Capital Opportunities Fund offers a multi-manager, multi-strategy approach to global Emerging Markets.  The underlying manager corps is comprised of experienced, locally-based investors who utilize various asset classes and strategies to take advantage of the long-term growth opportunites and inefficiencies specific to each of their respective regions.   

StoneWater Capital combines these managers into relatively concentrated, multi-manager vehicles focused on delivering significant, tax-efficient investment growth.

Our funds seek to maximize long-term returns rather than minimize short-term volatility.  We seek to minimize risk, as opposed to volatility, through comprehensive due diligence, careful portfolio construction and by selecting managers with a deep knowledge of the businesses in which they hold positions.
