Ms. Walker was most recently executive assistant to the founder and chairman of Boston Properties.  Previously, she was vice president of marketing and operations for a holistic wellness center.  At Credit Suisse Asset Management, she was vice president of marketing, focusing on new business development in the private client group.  Ms. Walker has also held sales assistant positions at EM Warburg Pincus; LF Rothschild; Unterberg, Towbin; and Dean Witter.  She has a B.A. from State University College at Oswego, N.Y.

Ms. Comey was most recently with Owl Creek Asset Management, L.P, a global event driven hedge fund, where she served as a marketing and investor relations analyst.  Prior to Owl Creek, Ms. Comey was a paralegal in the structured products group at McDermott Will & Emery LLP.  Ms. Comey holds a B.A. in history from Princeton University.
